Family-owned and founded in 1985, Texican Oil Ltd. has drilled four oil and gas wells in Colombia and acquired an important portfolio of properties in the United States.

Whilst pursuing actively the exploration and development of these properties, Texican is searching new opportunities to invest in production or exploration projects and also offers participations in some of it's projects to partners with compatible criteria of prudence and professionalism. In 2011-2012 the company was reorganized with the creation of a group including two companies, Texican Suisse Holding SA holding the assets of the United-States and Texican Oil & Gas (Suisse) SA holding the assets of Colombia.
